Lynn Hastings is a fourth generation San Diegan. She has lived in Mission Hills, South Park, University Heights, Golden Hill, La Jolla, and currently resides in Rancho Bernardo. Now retired from the County of San Diego, Lynn has been associated with Scott & Quinn Real Estate in Mission Hills for ten years. She is widely experienced, having matched first time home buyers with their dream homes as well as having worked on several commercial projects.
In 2002 Lynn became a real estate broker, and established her own company, Terra Firma Financial Services. She is now able to arrange mortgage loans as well as offer a complete range of other real estate services.
Over the past several years Lynn has been involved in the redevelopment of the neighborhoods directly east of downtown San Diego, including Sherman Heights, Grant Hill and Golden Hill. She has helped a number of investors acquire investment portfolios in these and other metro neighborhoods. She herself owns income property in Golden Hill.
Lynn is active in community affairs, and currently represents North County residents on the City-County Reinvestment Task Force. She is also a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, she belongs to the Women's Council of Realtors in San Diego, and the San Diego Foundation for Women.
